One address in.
Everyone paid their share.
Prorata creates a split: a single address that pays whatever it receives out to a fixed list of wallets by percentage. ETH, USDG or any token, on Robinhood Chain.
For money that belongs to more than one wallet.
Point the income at a split once. From then on nobody has to hold the money for the others, keep a spreadsheet, or remember who was paid.
A team behind a pons token
Send the token's creator fees to a split and the dev and the artist each get their cut every time anyone presses distribute, without one of them holding it all.
A group project
Five people who built something together. One address on the site, the X bio or the invoice, five equal payouts.
Revenue share
A shop or a bot that earns in USDG gives a fixed slice to a partner or a referrer, automatically and visibly on chain.
Splits of splits
A payee can itself be a split. A studio takes 30% and splits it again among its own members.
Anyone can press distribute.
Money sent to a split waits there until someone calls distribute for that token. Any payee can do it, or anyone else. In that one transaction every wallet on the list gets its exact share.
- Every token separately. ETH, USDG, Stock Tokens, pons memes: each is distributed on its own.
- No waiting for the slowest. If one payee can't receive, its part is set aside for it to withdraw and everyone else is paid.
- Rounding dust goes to the last payee, so the split always ends at zero.
Set once. Fixed forever.
The payees and their percentages are written when the split is created. There is no function to change them, not for the creator and not for us.

Questions
- How many payees can a split have?
- From 2 to 30, each with a share in basis points (0.01%). Shares must add up to exactly 100%.
- Can I use a split as the creator fee address of a pons token?
- Yes. Anything that can send to an address can send to a split: creator fees, a claim function forwarding to it, a marketplace payout, a plain transfer.
- What does Prorata take?
- 0.5% of each amount distributed, capped at 1% in the contract. Creating a split costs only gas.
- Can Prorata touch the money in a split?
- No. The owner can only change the fee within the 1% cap and the treasury address. There is no function that moves a split's funds or edits its payees.
- Is it audited?
- No. The contracts are short, with unit tests and a test against real USDG on a copy of mainnet.
